本《用户协议》（以下简称"本协议"）是您（以下简称"用户"或"您"）与"汉字拆拆乐"（以下简称"本应用"）开发者之间就使用本应用产品与服务所订立的协议。当您下载、安装、运行或以任何方式使用本应用时，即表示您已经阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部内容。
This Terms of Service ("Terms") is the agreement between you ("you" or "user") and the developer of HanziPuzzle (the "App") regarding your use of the App and its services. By downloading, installing, launching or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
开发者保留随时修改本协议的权利。修订内容将通过更新本页面发布，并在本协议顶部更新生效日期。继续使用本应用即视为接受修订后的协议。如不同意修订，请停止使用本应用。
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the App.
本应用是一款单机汉字拆字解谜游戏。核心玩法是：玩家通过点选目标字的笔画，将其按预设方案拆分为偏旁部件。游戏所需的笔画与拆字数据均为本地资源，运行不依赖开发者的服务器。
The App is a single-player Chinese-character decomposition puzzle game. The core gameplay is: tap the strokes of a target character to split it into its radical components according to the predefined solution. All gameplay data is bundled locally — the App does not depend on the developer's servers to run.
应用功能可能包括但不限于：关卡挑战、笔画动画演示、提示与跳过、金币购买、关卡进度的本地与 iCloud 同步、分享卡片生成等。具体功能以应用最新版本为准。
Features may include but are not limited to: level challenges, stroke animation, hints and skips, in-app coin purchases, local + iCloud sync of progress, share card generation. Actual features depend on the latest version of the App.
本应用不要求注册账号。您的关卡进度与金币余额绑定到您当前设备的 Keychain，并通过您 Apple ID 的 iCloud 在受信任设备之间同步。
The App does not require account registration. Your level progress and coin balance are bound to your device Keychain and synced across your trusted devices via your Apple ID's iCloud.
由于不存在开发者侧的账号系统，开发者无法通过用户名/密码方式找回数据。请妥善保管您的 Apple ID。如果您：(1) 退出并重新登录新的 Apple ID；(2) 在系统设置中关闭 iCloud Keychain；(3) 卸载应用后未在 iCloud 同步生效前重装——上述任一情况都可能造成进度或金币余额暂时不可见或丢失，开发者对此不承担补偿责任。
Because there is no server-side account system, the developer cannot recover your data through any username/password scheme. Please safeguard your Apple ID. The following actions may cause progress or coins to become temporarily inaccessible or lost, and the developer assumes no liability: (1) signing out and signing into a different Apple ID; (2) disabling iCloud Keychain in system settings; (3) reinstalling the App before iCloud has had a chance to sync.
游戏内"金币"是消耗型 (Consumable) 虚拟道具，仅在本应用内用于"提示""跳过"等辅助玩法。金币不具有现实货币属性，不可兑换为人民币、外币或任何实物，不可转让给其他用户，也不可与其他设备账号合并。
In-game "Coins" are consumable virtual items used only within the App for in-game features like Hints and Skips. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred to other users, and cannot be merged across separate Apple IDs.
您可通过 App 内"金币商店"购买金币包。所有内购交易由 Apple App Store 直接处理与扣款，开发者不参与支付环节，也不接触您的支付凭证。购买完成后，金币将自动入账您当前设备的金币余额，并由 iCloud 同步到其他受信任设备。
You can purchase coin packs via the in-app shop. All in-app transactions are processed and charged by Apple App Store directly. The developer is not involved in payment handling and does not access your payment credentials. Once a purchase succeeds, coins are credited to your device balance and synced via iCloud to your other trusted devices.
商品最终售价以您下单时 App Store 显示的金额为准，可能因您的 App Store 区域、汇率与当地税费而异。开发者保留调整价格的权利。已购买完成的订单不受未来价格调整影响。
Final price is whatever your local App Store displays at checkout and may vary by storefront, exchange rate and local taxes. The developer reserves the right to adjust prices. Past completed purchases are unaffected by future price changes.
所有内购退款均由 Apple 统一处理。如您需要申请退款，请前往 reportaproblem.apple.com，使用购买时的 Apple ID 登录后选择对应订单提交申请。是否同意退款由 Apple 依据其政策决定。
All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the same Apple ID and submit a request for the relevant order. Whether the refund is granted is decided by Apple in accordance with its policies.
如金币包付款成功但金币未到账，请通过本协议第 11 条联系方式邮件联系开发者，并提供 Apple 邮件中的订单号 (Order ID)。开发者核实后将协助补发等额金币。
If your purchase succeeded but coins were not credited, please email the developer (see §11) with the Order ID from your Apple receipt. After verification, the developer will manually re-grant the equivalent coins.

违反上述规定的，开发者有权采取技术措施限制您使用，并保留追究法律责任的权利。
If you violate the above, the developer may apply technical restrictions to your usage and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
本应用的代码、UI 设计、关卡设计、图标、文字内容、音效与生成的分享卡片版式，受相关国家或地区著作权法及国际公约保护。除本应用所采用的开源数据集另行声明外，相关知识产权归开发者所有。
The App's source code, UI design, level design, icons, text content, sound effects and share-card layouts are protected by applicable copyright laws and international treaties. Except for the open-source datasets the App uses (see below), all intellectual property is owned by the developer.
本应用的笔画数据来源于开源项目 Make Me a Hanzi（基于 Arphic 公众授权字体衍生），遵循其原始许可证 (ARPHIC PUBLIC LICENSE / LGPL)。在此向相关项目作者致谢。
Stroke data is derived from the open-source Make Me a Hanzi project (itself derived from Arphic public-license fonts), under its original ARPHIC PUBLIC LICENSE / LGPL. Credit goes to the original authors.
未经开发者书面许可，您不得复制、改编、出租、出售、传播本应用或其任何组成部分，但合理的个人使用与正当评论引用除外。
Without the developer's prior written consent, you may not copy, adapt, lease, sell or distribute the App or any of its components, except for reasonable personal use and legitimate critical commentary.

The App is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranty of being error-free, uninterrupted, or fitting any particular expectation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:
开发者保留对本应用功能、关卡、定价、内购档位、UI 等持续迭代的权利。在合理必要时，可暂停或终止部分服务。如本应用整体终止运营，开发者将通过 App 内公告或本支持站点提前告知。终止运营后，剩余未消耗金币按 Apple 政策处理。
The developer reserves the right to iterate on features, levels, pricing, IAP tiers, UI, and other aspects. Where reasonable and necessary, partial services may be suspended or terminated. If the App is fully shut down, advance notice will be given through in-app notice or this support site. Remaining unspent coins after shutdown will be handled per Apple policy.
本协议的订立、效力、解释、履行及争议解决，适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港澳台地区法律）。如您与开发者之间因本协议产生争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Any dispute should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, either party may bring suit in the competent court at the developer's location.
如您居住于中国大陆以外的地区，可能同时适用您所在地区的强制性消费者保护法律——本条款不限制您依据当地法律享有的不可放弃的权利。
