Coin packs are consumable products. Per Apple's policy, consumables cannot be restored — once you've spent them, they're gone. The "Restore Purchases" button is reserved for future non-consumable items (e.g., level-pack unlocks). If you switch devices, your unspent coin balance carries over via iCloud sync, not via Restore.

Stroke order data comes from the open-source Make Me a Hanzi dataset and follows mainland Chinese conventions. Some characters have legitimate regional variations (e.g., Mainland vs. Taiwan/HK ordering). If you believe a specific character's stroke order is wrong, please email us the character and your suggested order — we'll review it.

Each level has a predefined decomposition from our component database. We don't accept arbitrary splits — for example "明 = 日 + 月" is correct, but "明 = 日 + 一 + 几" isn't. If you have a reasonable alternative split that's currently rejected, please email us; we evaluate community-suggested alternatives for inclusion.
