本隐私政策适用于移动游戏《找羊》（英文名：Sheep Finder，以下简称“本 App”）。我们重视用户隐私，并尽量以最少数据完成游戏功能。
1. 我们收集或使用的信息
当前版本不会要求用户注册账号，也不会主动收集姓名、手机号、邮箱、精确位置、通讯录、照片、相机或麦克风内容。

说明：本 App 使用 Apple StoreKit 处理内购。我们不会获取用户的银行卡号、Apple ID 密码或完整付款信息。
2. 第三方服务
当前版本使用 Apple App Store / StoreKit 提供内购、购买验证和恢复购买能力。Apple 可能根据其隐私政策处理与购买、付款、退款、税务和账户安全相关的信息。
除 Apple 提供的系统服务外，当前版本不接入第三方广告 SDK、第三方统计分析 SDK 或跨 App 追踪服务。
3. 权限使用
当前版本不申请定位、相机、麦克风、相册、通讯录、日历、蓝牙或 App Tracking Transparency 跟踪权限。
4. 数据共享与转让
我们不会出售用户个人信息，也不会将用户个人信息用于广告定向。除以下情况外，我们不会向第三方共享个人信息：
- 用户通过 Apple App Store 完成内购时，由 Apple 按其规则处理相关交易信息。
- 法律法规、监管要求或司法机关依法要求提供时。
- 为保护用户、我们或他人的合法权益所必要时。
5. 数据存储与安全
本 App 的游戏进度、金币、签到、设置等数据主要保存在用户设备本地。删除 App 可能会导致这些本地数据被系统删除。我们会采用合理措施减少数据被误用、丢失或未经授权访问的风险。
6. 儿童与未成年人隐私
本 App 面向一般用户，不主动收集儿童个人信息。若监护人认为未成年人向我们提供了个人信息，可通过本政策中的联系方式与我们联系，我们会在合理范围内协助处理。
内购功能应在监护人知情和同意下使用。Apple App Store 可能提供家长控制、购买验证或“购买前询问”等机制。
7. 用户权利
由于当前版本大部分数据保存在设备本地，用户可以通过以下方式管理数据：
- 在 App 内调整语言、音效、背景音乐等设置。
- 通过系统删除 App，以删除设备上的本地游戏数据。
- 通过 App Store 的购买记录、退款或恢复购买功能管理内购权益。

8. 政策更新

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Sheep Finder, also known as 找羊. We respect your privacy and design the app to use as little data as possible.
1. Information We Use
The current version does not require account registration and does not request your name, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive your credit card number, Apple ID password, or complete payment information.
2. Third-Party Services
The current version uses Apple App Store / StoreKit for in-app purchases, purchase validation, and restoring purchases. Apple may process purchase, payment, refund, tax, and account security information under its own privacy policy.
The current version does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking services.
3. Permissions
The current version does not request location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, or App Tracking Transparency permissions.
4. Sharing and Transfer
We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for targeted advertising. We do not share personal information with third parties except:
- When purchases are completed through Apple App Store and Apple processes transaction information under its rules.
- When required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
- When necessary to protect the legitimate rights and safety of users, us, or others.
5. Storage and Security
Game progress, coins, check-ins, and settings are mainly stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may delete local game data. We take reasonable measures to reduce the risk of misuse, loss, or unauthorized access.
6. Children and Minors
The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
In-app purchases should be used with parental or guardian consent. Apple App Store may provide parental controls, purchase verification, or Ask to Buy features.
7. Your Choices
- You can change language, sound, and music settings inside the app.
- You can delete the app to remove local game data from your device.
- You can manage purchase records, refunds, or restore purchases through App Store features.
- You can contact us for privacy-related questions.
8. Changes
If future versions add accounts, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, push notifications, or other features that affect privacy, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notice when appropriate.
